Barrister, drafting and paperwork practitioner.
Peter commenced his practice in 2013, following the successful completion of a family and mixed law pupilage. He quickly developed a busy practice in family, civil and crime and gained an excellent reputation for his thorough preparation, ability to handle difficult and challenging clients and for getting straight to the heart of the issue in complex matters. Peter now lives abroad and has a paperwork practice, which he combines with being a father to young twins.
He is available to give advice in all areas of civil and family litigation, with a particular flair for thorough and sensible advice on both liability and quantum for civil disputes. He is prepared to discuss instructions in any area and due to not having court commitments is able to offer a fast turn around of documents and written advice.
Peter is also able to assist lay and professional clients with drafting documents, statements of case and witness statements, wills, trusts and any further documentation as required.
Peter is able to accept instructions directly under the Public Access scheme.
Peter can be contacted via email or telephone, where a videoconference appointment can be set up if required.
