Instructions and briefs to counsel are reviewed immediately on receipt. Standard advice will be turned around within 14 days unless a date sooner is specified within instructions.
Fees are agreed per item of drafting, advocacy or consultation with instructing solicitor. Payment terms are 30 days. Unless otherwise stated we adhere to the standard contractual terms for the supply of legal services - Standard Contractual Terms
